Is it possible to change the order details?

If you wish to make any changes to your order within 24 hours of placing your order or receiving payment, please contact us via email at service@hmcase.com.

Please note that we are unable to accept changes or cancellations to your order after it has been shipped.

About returns and exchanges

If there is a defect and you would like to return or exchange the item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the item. If the deadline has passed, we will not be able to respond. Please do not throw away the envelope and address sticker upon arrival. The costs incurred will be borne by our store.

For defective products, please contact service@hmcase.com with an image of the defective item and your order number.

*We will accept returns if the product is defective, but we generally do not accept returns unless the product is defective.
